Raytheon Solipsys is pleased to announce our new product, the Critical Response Framework (CRF). Based on years of collaborative development with the Hawaii National Guard and Hawaii State Civil Defense for their Emergency Response Command Center (ERCC), CRF dramatically improves situational awareness, understanding, and coordination through a comprehensive common operational picture (COP) of synthesized civilian and military assets and advanced collaboration tools for emergency response, disaster management, and medical support. CRF provides a platform rich in features that allows easy tailoring to adapt to the unique and specific needs of each local instantiation. CRF's Java-based applications, combined with advanced web technology, allow both military and civilian operators to access a single integrated perspective and appropriately and effectively manage any critical situation.
