Solipsys Supported the NECC Trident Warrior 2009 JEC3 Experiment
Solipsys supported the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command/NECC Trident Warrior 2009 Joint Expeditionary C3 experiment. Solipsys provided experimental capabilities and technical expertise in a series of experiments supporting the Maritime Domain Awareness Focus Area. JEC3 integrated various sensor inputs typically used by a Maritime Expeditionary Security Force/MESF and created User Defined Common Operational PictureUD-COP. Sensors contributing to this COP were: MESF Sensor Detachment GDFS (Graphical Data Fusion System), Pathfinder X-Band Surface Search Radar with Marine Small Target Tracker/MSTT, Automatic Identification System (AIS), and Autonomous Maritime Navigation (AMN). An integrated Network-Communications capability in JEC3 provided the data feed from the AMN platform. The JEC3 Experiment was conducted at the Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story.
Raytheon Solipsys anticipates supporting NECC in Trident Warrior 2010 as part of the Maritime Domain Awareness Focus Area. Trident Warrior is the premier annual FORCEnet Sea Trial event that executes a series of experiments conducted ashore and at sea.
